Built Different draws on Everton’s industrial roots, taking inspiration from the docks, shipyards and warehouses that helped define both the city and the people within it. Rather than inventing a narrative, the campaign sought to uncover one already woven into the club’s identity. Built on graft, resilience & community.

Using an industrial warehouse setting, raw materials and a custom laser-cut interpretation of the Liverpool skyline, the campaign created a visual language rooted in texture, craft and place.

The result positioned Everton not simply as a football club, but as a product of the city that shaped it. Grounded, authentic & unmistakably Scouse.
